House horizontial extensions in Danbury Connecticut
This renovation transformed an outdated 3-season sunroom into a fully insulated 4-season living space with a radiator heater enclosure. This project included installing a new load-bearing column with a concrete footing, framing new walls and roofing, building a new rooftop deck with handrails, creating new window and door openings, and installing new windows, doors, and sliding doors. We aslo combined the existing kitchen and sunroom into a spacious open-concept layout by replacing the original load-bearing wall with engineered structural columns. The renovation was completed with a brand-new kitchen, flooring, ceilings, lighting, and modern finishes throughout.
