Manhattan senior building 1-all kitchens renovation,construction materials supply
Served as the cabinetry subcontractor for the general contractor on a senior building renovation project in Manhattan. Our scope included the design, supply, and installation of approximately 200 apartment kitchens while the building remained fully occupied.
We provided a complete turnkey solution, including premade kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, backsplashes, and professional installation. Renovations were completed in phases of 5-10 apartments at a time, with all kitchens completed within 2-3 days, minimizing disruption to residents.
In addition to the kitchen work, we supplied vinyl flooring, wall tiles, interior doors, baseboards, and window and door moldings for the entire building, supporting the renovation of 5-10 apartments per phase throughout the project.
