Manhattan senior building 1-all kitchens renovations and construction materials supply in 5th St (2020)
We acted as the kitchen subcontractor for the general contractor on a senior building renovation project, completing approximately 200 apartment kitchens. We provided a one-stop service including kitchen design, supply of cabinets, countertops, sinks, and backsplashes, as well as complete installation.
The project was carried out while senior residents continued living in the building. Renovations were completed in phases of 5-10 apartments at a time, with each kitchen fully completed within 2-3 days, minimizing disruption to residents while maintaining high quality, on-time delivery, and efficient project coordination.
In addition to the kitchen work, we supplied flooring, tiles, doors, baseboards, and window and door moldings for the entire building, delivering materials to support the general contractor’s phased renovation schedule.
