Served as the kitchen subcontractor for the general contractor on a senior tenants building deverlopment in Far Rockaway, Brooklyn. We designed, and supplied kitchen cabinets, supplied countertops, sinks, and installed all cabinets, countertops and sinks for approximately 75 pcs apartment kitchens.
The project was completed in multiple phases, with 5-8 kitchens supplied and installed during each round. Each round with 1 week lead time, completed the kitchens 2 or 3 days after delivery. we ensured on-time materials delivery, resolved all field installation issues efficiently, and completed the work within the project budget while maintaining high quality standards once again.
